Some of the landscapes I painted were what I saw when I went to Bambi’s house. Bambi (Martin) is Kylie Panther’s Dad (Gabrielle Mordy, Studio A CEO) and he lives in Bundanoon, but I like to call it ‘Dirt Town’. When I visited Bambi, I went on a bushwalk in Dirt Town with Kylie Panther and Snuffy (Kat Dunn-Jones, Studio A Programs Producer) to see the view at the ‘Echo Mountain’. I stood at the edge and said ‘Coo-eee’! It was sunset, but I like to play opposites and call it sunrise.
